You can install this Amazon App and read it but I'd rather have the Book or Kindle open beside me while applying the knowledge to the PC. Of course I have two large machines and two 24" Monitors but others may not be so fortunate plus that's a bit much to put on the dining room table. The paperback edition will be really handy for me.

I bought the book and am using the Kindle for PC software on a Win 7 PC, on my Win 8 PC I have Kindle for Windows 8 for reading the book. Both Kindle for PC and Kindle for Windows 8 leave a lot to be desired for reading the book. Hopefully the .pdf version and/or the print version will be available soon. The book is great and once it's available in another format, I will buy the new format.
A non-DRM infested ePUB version would be easier to use by people who have readers other than a Kindle (Kindles aren't the only e-book readers out there, you know). "Watermarking" like was done on the Harry Potter books would help reduce piracy without hampering the owner's ability to read and backup the book.
This is what the daily News Letter said.
"You don't need a Kindle, you can read it anywhere that supports the free Kindle app, including iPad, iPhone, Android, Kindle for PC, Mac, or even in your web browser."
Unfortunately I don't have any of the above.
The Geek's not into DRM for the the publication.
The BIG problem is getting the $40 Windows 8 Upgrade from Microsoft.
I tried several times today and the PROMO Process would NOT work.

Then I called MS and they said to try again Later because they had problems. :( :(

That make take awhile as we have Holidays coming up.
Think I'll use one machine with Display as a reader and the other running Win8 with a Display as "The Goat". That way I get Cheaper Books and Faster until Amazon can get "squat" together. This dinning room is beginning to look like an IT office in a manufacturing plant according to my Spouse. (LOL) (LOL)
