I just received a Gateway GP7-500 running (I believe) NT or 98. I don't know anything else because I can't get past the password protected boot up! I've tried pressing ctrl, atl and delete twice but that just restarts the computer. I've also tried pressing F1 but that doesn't do anything because once the bar at the top of the screen loads, the password prompt arrives. I can upgrade memory and add extra drives but I have no idea what to do with this situation. In need of help ASAP!!!
