Ok I have foudn out how to do a pic - its a long winded process though! with the code
cant therer jsut be an upload picture button? or one where you add the a web address?

Try the snipping tool for pictures,I've tried and I guess I'm a dummy.Let me know the steps if you figure it,ok?

I know how to use the snipping tool, but do you know how people are actually posting pictures into the forums (not just links to the web address like I am using atm)

Don't know,thought the snip tool had something to do with it.I'm still learning Vista.What's atm mean?

snip tool's a bit like print screen, except you manually select the bit you want and then theres a bit where you can draw on it etc
i have also set mine to have a keyboard schortcut - ctrl-alt-s (you do this by r-clicking on the snipping tool in start menu and then clicking on properties)
atm means at the moment

Just copy the "Thumbnail for forums (1)" code on imageshack and paste it in a reply for a thumbnail to appear.
If you want the whole image to appear in a post scroll down on the imageshack page and copy the "Hotlink for forums (1)" code and paste in a reply.

Don't know about imageshack.Received an e-mail that had some wild looking homes,and can't figure how to import in the reply box.

That is just for imageshack.
Though if you have the direct link to an image just use the html code:

<IMG src="http://www.domain.com/image.jpg" />

Where http://www.domain.com/image.jpg is an actual image url.
