function discovery resource publication wont start

Every time I try to start this service it comes up with

"Error 1079; The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process"

I've tried googling the problem but still no luck... Can any geek out there help? thanks

Check in Services to make sure Remote Procedure Call and DCOM Server Process Launcher are set to Automatic, alao try to Start/Restart each service before attempting to restart Function Discovery Resource Publication.
