full screen and taskbar auto-hide

It is very annoying to me that full screen-on the toolbars and auto hide on the task bar, will not work at the same time on Vista and Win7.
Any enlightenment appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I use Firefox and this method may work with it also-I don't know. But, I just want full screen and auto hide to work when turned on at the same time , if it is possible.

Don't think it works with FF as it is an IE feature.
