can u please help me with free step by step website design tutorials for beginners ,with necessary free softwares , preferably in a downloadable cd form , so that i can learn at my leisure.i shall be very thankful for your guidances.

Dear vistamike,
After downloading www.freeserisoftware.c ,am getting the error message . ' could not access network location . %user profile%my documents/my pictures .
Even if i try retry , it says serif web plus se setup wizard - ended prematurely . Now what do i do . How do i go about .can u help.

It look like serif did not install correctly because the setup did not complete. Uninstall, delete the original setup file and download again. That should sort it.

Id say notepad is pretty good for starters. Thinks just verry basic like :

By the way please dont critisise as ive just though that up in 10 seconds, Haha.
