Vista Home premium. Includes key and 32bit and 64bit DVD's. Will upgrade any XP system or if booted from DVD will do a full install of Vista.

Robert, I'd be very interested in this but I'm in the UK.
If you would prefer it to go to a member more local to you, I would not mind at all.
