frames problem (a toughie)

Hey guys,
been trying to break out of frames for a while, only can add content to the right hand frame. tryed http re-direct and javascript brake frames but cos its a content management system it changes the js server side so that it wont run. its got a filter that renders the code useless. just hoping theres some other way to break out...
