forgot my word 2007 password

Hi all,
I have an old word 2007 document which is protected and i cannot remember its password at all. Can anyone help?

There is software, to do it, but I imagine, there is a back door, somewhere: "Everything that can be unlocked be someone, can be unlocked by someone else."
