FWIW - when I clicked Scott's link, every protection device in my browser turned red. McAfee SiteAdvisor found seven malware downloads and Web Of Trust (http://www.mywot.com/) highly recommends staying away.

Granted, I would trust any of the regulars here at How-To Geek, so I downloaded this file and ran it through my AVG and it was fine. But beware of other files available on the site.

If it's a problem for one, it could be for others. Since I don't have OE, I can't test.
