Hello, I am trying to follow the directions to make a new shortcut using flipss.exe and my computer will not let me. I follow the directions exactly as they are stated but as soon as I type in the /on or off it gives me an error and says that it cannot find the file. I am using windows xp. My objective is to have a shortcut where I can enable the screen saver from a quick click on my desk top. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Flipss is for enabling/disabling the screensaver (ie if you want to watch a video, this disables your default settings so the video doesn't suddenly go to screensaver)
If I understand you correctly, you just want to start the screensaver from a deskop shortcut. If so, this link
