Flashing jxd s9100 tablet

HI;
i want a rom for this device. and a howto for flashing it.
the problem is that this device doesn't go to recovery mode.
i tried V+ & POWEROR V- AND EVEN BACK BUTTOM.
So if i have one rom how could i flash it?
