flash and javascript problems

When I try to start my my webcam on a site i get this message "Please ensure that your browser has Javascript enabled and that you have Flash 9 installed.
Flash can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer".

But i have Flash9 installed and Javascript enable, what can it be?

Internet Explorer 7 i have 5 dvd's called Photoshop Topsecrets and when i open them they start internet explorer and i get the same message.. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate

The Adobe link you provided is for non-IE browsers, BTW. It seems as if your auto-play is messed up.

Type in "autoplay" in Start>Start Search, and see if changing those settings helps.
