Fix Buffering
(3 posts)This could be normal...
Was it always like this or has this happened just recently?
What is going on is that you d/l whatever you want to view and it goes into a 'buffer/file'. Then the video player starts. Once it reaches the end of what has been d/l'ed, it stops and waits for some more data to be gotten, plays, hits the end of what was d/l'ed, and the cycle repeats.
What Internet speed do you have? Are you on a router sharing the Internet with other users?
Of course, busy distribution points like Youtube may also be the cause as they might not be able to satisfy all requestors at the required rate.
