Top of the line LGA 2011 motherboard however the Reviews are NOT good.

May be should consider an Ivy Bridge LGA 1155 motherboard Build which is less expensive.
Also you can't use and don't need a PCI Sound Card.
ADDED: Appears much electronics is lacking in quality now that is coming our far east. (Don't know why)

As long as modules support Intel XMP 1.3 (Extreme Memory Profile) in SPD You can use either Kit you like. :) :)
