Dangmidnight,

Top of the line LGA 2011 motherboard however the Reviews are NOT good.

Read FEEDBACK TAP from others.

May be should consider an Ivy Bridge LGA 1155 motherboard Build which is less expensive.

Also you can't use and don't need a PCI Sound Card.

ADDED: Appears much electronics is lacking in quality now that is coming our far east. (Don't know why)

I want my CPU so I need a 2011 platform , I been looking and the MB is best I seem to fine.

I look at the sabertooth x97 , look the same as the other one listed but better reviews.

Motherboard supports (on-board sound 7.1)

sabertooth x97 does NOT have on-board WiFi or BlueTooth which must be added. Is an older MB.

I also see the both MB can take 1866 ram , Ben thinking about upgrading to

As long as modules support Intel XMP 1.3 (Extreme Memory Profile) in SPD You can use either Kit you like. :) :)
