heartpeep, it all looks good to me. I have to admit, though, that I am not as familiar with AMD chipsets and CPUs as I am with Intel. Are you planning to overclock? If not, why are you getting the black edition Phenom?

I think you should get a case. Perhaps you already have one, then to answer the question about the Arctic cooler, I would want to know what case you will be using and are you an OCer. If the case has good airflow, you might be able to get by with the stock cooler, even with a mild overclock. I see a comment at newegg from someone who gave great praise for the stock cooler.
