I'm not able to play any flash on firefox on both my home and work computers. When I attempt to run it (after downloading is complete), I'm prompted to close firefox, which I do, but nothing happens. I try a few times but nothing happens.

Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?

My work computer is XP and home is Vista so it doesn't seem to matter what OS.

Thanks, KristinC

I see that it's a problem endemic to FF3, but I'm not sure if it's just 3. Some people seem to have it work, others not. I'm still in the "not" category.

Thanks

KristinC, it sounds to me as if you are downloading a flash file such as a video (FLV) or animation (SWF) and are trying to play it offline. Is that so, or are you trying to install Flash, as OzSpitt is suggesting?
