I use DVD Flick but I hate the low quality imagine for the menus, I would like a program I can choose my own imagine for a background (yes I know you can edit the templete for dvdflick with your own imagine but it's still sometimes not scaled right and recordless, it's not very flexible)

I use SOTHINKS' DVD MAKER, there is a free version, might work for you.

Differences Between Two Versions
Sothink Movie DVD Maker has two versions: Movie DVD Maker Free and Movie DVD Maker Professional. The two versions have the same features and functions except that the free version has a text on the interface.
