Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with:
Windows Vista Business
32-bit Operating System

About a year ago I did the factory reset on it using F11 at the start up with the Dell logo. Well I've tried doing it again and when I press F11 this time it takes me to the login screen but the only user spot showing up is guest and it wants a username and password and nothing I've done gets me past that.
I've tried system restore but it only goes back two days. I've also hit the F8 button but it doesn't work either and I just need help figuring out how to reset it
Can someone help me?
