Have you ever used a virtual drive program?

If you've used daemon tools, then it created that drive. I'm looking into how to remove it.. try going to Control Panel/System/Device Manager and uninstalling a Plug and Play BIOS extension under "System". It may have Daemon in the name or the version of it you installed.

For pictures:

Prt Sc
SysRq

Key and then paste into Paint, and upload to Imageshack.

I would try looking on the daemon tools forums for help. Or, you could try installing daemon tools, removing the drive through that, and then uninstalling it. I think what you probably did was create the virtual drive and then forget to disable it before you uninstalled daemon tools.

Honestly I would say your best bet is to install daemon tools again. Right click on its tray icon until you find the option to pick what sort of virtual drives are enabled. Disable all of them and then uninstall daemon tools.

magic iso creates a virtual drive..... to get rid of it you would have to uninstall the program i don't believe there is a setting to remove it.

Right. Try installing MagicISO, and check around the options. If there are no options to disable it, try right clicking the drive. If this does not work, uninstall MISO.

Installing a new virtual drive program would probably make the problem worse. If he created the drive with DT, he should remove it with DT.

Oh, thanks TayBay, I thought he said he made it with MISO. Right. Do exactly the same as above, except with the Daemon Tools. This may help your problem.

Use Imgburn to burn iso files to discs. If you have iso's of movies, VLC will play them.
