Hey guys.

i have a 3.5" External HDD. Its ET-H3501(USB 2.0). I don't know what make it is, it doesnt say on the box. its a USB connection. basically i plug it in and then flick a switch on the back and it comes on. it works fine on my Windows XP laptop, but on my Vista computer, when i flick the switch, it comes on, makes the bing bong sound when a new usb comes on, then stays on for like 3 seconds then makes the bong bing to say its gone off. i never have this problem on my laptop (XP). all of my other USB connections on my vista computer work fine. any idea what the problem may be??

thanks sooo much.
