Is there a way when looking at folders to export the folder structure and file names to a file or at least print it out as it appears and I am not talking about getting screen prints.

Yes. You can open command prompt and type: dir > somefile.txt

No problem. Here's more tips for you:

dir >> somefile.txt

will generate listing and append it to somefile.txt

help dir
-or-
dir /?

will display options for dir command for several listing format
