i have a powerbuilder process that exports data to excel. we are now using office 2007 and get the wonderful file extension does not match data format message. in the app we use tabs as delimiters and use the .xls extension. i have changed the extension to .xlsx and still get the message. any suggestions? we are currently using xp but will soon be going to vista.
