in excel 2003 how do you copy formulas from one worksheet to another?

Is this a trick question? Copy formula, select new worksheet/cell, Paste. I suspect you are actually looking for something a bit different, get me some detail and I'll see what I can do.

no this is not a trick question. for some reason this has not been working properly but everything seems to be ok now. this is one of those new hp laptops running vista and it still seems to have a lot of problems in it. thanks for you help.

Did you try to update Office 2003 last night ??

Rick: my apologies for no email but i have really been busy getting ready for a hunting trip. no, i did not try to update office 2003 last night. it seems that every time i update anything from microsoft then something else starts not working right. i am at the point of just saying "to heck with all ms updates" as long as things are working ok. best regards, Bill
