Error for IE,need to close or restart IE

How to disable from closing my IE when i surfing internet, message come out like telling it was corrupt show ( A problem cause the program stop working correctly, Please close the program.), either need to close it or restart IE. what i know XP don't have this.
It's troublesome for me cause will close all my IE when i surfing.
Pls Help..

I used to have it before I installed Vista SP1. But since then it never occured again. Did you install SP1?

How to get SP 1 to install? i got always update my windows but i no idea it will auto include?

Control Panel > System
If it is installed. It will say SP1 near the top of the page (Service Pack 1)
