I am installing Windows 7 on a drive that was previously showing Boot Mgr missing. When selecting the partition to delete or reformat, getting an error stating hard disk may be failing and it will not load. As I look at the drive I am trying to install to, I can see the files that are on the disk when testing separately with my Sabrent docking station. Any suggestions? Is the drive gone? Any tools I can use to further test the drive? Thanks.

If you can see the files, back them up quickly. Then try to manipulate the drive.
