I'm trying to transfer files from a desktop with window ultamate to a laptop with windows 7 HP and i get this error code 0x80070035 what is it and how do i fix it

Try disabling the firewall on both PC's as a temp measure and see if that works

it says "windows cannot set up a homegroup on this computer"
