I have two laptops on a network one running 'vista business' one running 'home premium' they are networked through a D-link Modem/Router DSL-502T.

My problem is: I can see the 'Business Vista LT' on network and access all the shared folders, also can access other shared folders of different pc's on using Hamachi, but none of these pc's can access me.

I have tried:
Disabling all firewalls completely
Disabling Mcafee completely
Network name is the same on both computers
Network discovery, file sharing, public folder sharing, printer sharing and media sharing all enabled
Password protection sharing disabled

On home premium I am running a Mcafee firewall + vista firewall
On business I am running Vista firewall and AVG

I have gone through Vista network setup FAQ's and all the forums looking for solutions, other people have had this problem but their answers didn't help me.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Just one thing as an aside. You say "On home premium I am running a Mcafee firewall + vista firewall". Please make sure that you NEVER run 2 firewalls at the same time. That spells trouble.

do you have user passwords enabled on both machines? i'm not sure if this will help, but when i was trying to network our XP and vista machines at home, i had to enable the user account password (in the XP machine) for me to be able to let our vista machine connect with it (the vista machine already had the user account login/password enabled).

This has been a problem ever since i got vista. No other pc has ever been able to access my shared folders, Ive been through countless setup guides and forums and it's driving me nuts.
