how to attach videos to an email, plus how do we tell if we are "pop3" or "Imp" in our windows vista premium. thanx for your help.

If you can locate the video file you want to email, right click on it, there should be a 'Send To...Mail Recipient' option. Keep in mind that very large files will probably not get through.
