I have Roxio creator that came preinstalled on my dell. I am running windows vista. I have successfully used dvd43 with handbrake to put movies that I own on my ipod. When I attempt to use dvd43 with roxio to copy the dvd, I get a message that the dvd is protected. Supposedly dvd43 is compatible with roxio, but I am having no luck. What am I doing wrong?
