cant run dvd maker in my pc, bcoz when i start it ,it gives error -
mpeg2 encoder missing.

but it is present in system32 as well as syswow64, named as- msmpeg2enc.dll

i tried to register it using command prompt( ran as administrator) but it also gives error--

the module "msmpeg2enc.dll" was loaded but the call to dllregisterserver failed with error code 0x80004005.

kindly help me, i m using windows 7, 64 bit
