Dual monitors

MY packard bell computer has a seperate graphics card to which my LCD monitor is connected to.
I would like to run a second moniter, CRT, for photographic work from the svga, 15 pin, connector. I understand that a jumper on the mother board will be required to be repositioned to activate the connector.
Can any one explain what is required

Do you still have the system manual? That would very likely be required in order to know what jumper to switch.

Yes but it does not cover this topic. In fact its not that helpful on most things, the mother board is SANTIAGO no further data available without dismantling the whole machine.
