Driver problems for PCI Modem wont install for dell

Hi all have a small prob with installing a driver for PCI Modem and im using a DELL Latitude d505 using windows xp pro its just that i have dongle that i connect on 3 network and it wont let me connect as theres the missing driver PCI Modem is there any links for this driver i need please any help appreciated thank you
