Dont know how to explain!?!?

Okay well I apparently I changed something and dont know how to fix it! Say I'm trying to delete what I'm writng right now,just by using backspace button. Before when I held it down it would go pretty quickly,but now its goes one letter at a time. Also does this when I'm using the arrows. I know I must have changed something but I dont know what. Please help me.Thanks in advance.
I've tried many things but no luck.

Go to Computer>Control Panel>Keyboard and raise your Repeat Rate. I hope that fixes it, because otherwise I don't know. =)
