Does anyone here use FL Studio?

Hello everyone. I just downloaded FL Studio 9, and i was wondering if i could get some help regarding the basics and other things. I'm trying to make some patterns and experimenting with several things. There are quite complicated controls and stuff, so i'm really confused. The tutorials on the internet are helpful, no doubt, but does anyone here has some guidelines?
