This message pops up every time I boot. Can just click OK and it goes away. Is there an underlying conflict problem? AVG doesn't seem to notice...

Could you please list what programs you have installed recently?

You might try system restore if it is a recent problem.

Just a point to note, you could do better than run AVG as an Antivirus.

I would uninstall AVG completely and get:

@ennaress, Is that all it says? Try a restore point before the problem started.

Check your startup programs using CCleaner->Tools->startup or Run->msconfig->Startup tab. See of you can match it up with something that is starting and disable it.
