The trouble with any sort of comment system (speaking from the experience of having to monitor a couple of large blogs, including one that uses Diqus (though I'm hoping the owner will finally ask for its removal because of trolling)) is that they tend to end up being pointless 'chat' exercises which, whilst they can be entertaining and infuriating in equal measure, often detract from the aim of the website. If you look on any 'free' website you'll find that there are always people who seem to just make posts in order to 'chat', often leading to exasperation from genuine forum users & members. If people want to chat either use the off-topic sections or set up a Facebook account.
Do I get the feeling that the OP is an existing member using a new pseudonym??

The pain from these people hitting forums is a total pain.
We can take a tickle in Off Topic but in the main, no.
So, just checking stardate, it could be a beaming to the dungeon for certain members.

Curiosity has taken over space travel for the moment!
Trolls need taking out as well.

Whoa. I never thought I'd get attacked over asking such a simple question. Good God. My bad all ...relax. I like to interact with others about a discussion on the page (on topic). I do not use FB for that type of stuff so I'm obviously SOL. Not a big deal. I'll be sure to never ask a site related question again in here. Thanks.

I shall consider myself slapped down. Just had a busy day dealing with the troll issue & seemed as if I was still working...
Incidentally, can any basic HTML tags be used in posts?
