I got a new Hard Drive Installed, and Installed Operating System XP professional and the screen resolution and color depth are set to the very low level. What should i do?

You'll have to install some drivers for your video card, most likely. You should be able to get the drivers from the manufacturer's site.

Once you verify the current drivers... right click an open area on the desktop Properties >> Display Properties >> Settings From there adjust the display and color settings
