I know there is possible disabling or enabling UAC, but is there possible to disabling UAC for just one program and for the others will be still enabling ?
When I turn computer ON, for one program computer always want my permission and its a little annoying for me, everytime click on CONTINUE.

How could I solve this problem ?

Not possible for just one program I'm afraid

What program is it that wants your permission every time?

Actually it is possible, kinda. Basically you can set an application to run as administrator but without prompting you.
