My friend and I are both having issues with sticky keys. First He accidentally activates his while playing games. He would like to know if there is a way to disable the function all together, perhaps from within the registry. I, while trying to help him, discovered that the settings button doesn't work when i open sticky keys. I don't particularly care about the function, I'll just end up disabling it as well (if there is a way) but i was wondering if this could be a sign of a more serious err.

Try this

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\StickyKeys
"Flags"="0"

To permanently disable all Accessibility options, it's a two step process:

1) Thank God that you are not disabled.
2) Nuke the Accessibility hive as described here: http://www.tweakxp.com/article37506.aspx

Press shit 5 times, it will bring up a message asking you if you want to turn sticky keyts on/off, follow the link to disable/enable sticky keys, and then press turn off!
