I have a Dell Inspiron 600m laptop running XP. I have attached an LCD and would like to disable the sleep mode that kicks in when I close the lid. I do not wish to use the laptop's display. Any help is appreciated.

If you go into the power options there should be a setting for this, but you might have to use the tools provided by dell.
