Disable Auto Play POP-up while inserting USB drive

Hi,

I want to disable autoplay pop-up while inserting pen drive in Windows Vista without system hardware or registry setting and manual changing

Start>Control Panel>Autoplay. Untick box which says "use AutoPlay for all media and devices"

Note setting that will also disable Autoplay for CDs and DVDs as Microsoft made the autoplay settings apply to all devices in Vista.

I have done already.It was working fine for that.What i am asking without manaul change how to disable the auto play pop-up from USB pendrive.
