Iam trying to run Tiger Woods PGATOUR 08 and get an error messages "game does not officially support this video card" follow by a second message "directx reports not enough video memory to run this game". Can you please help
Video Card Sapphire HD6850 Toxic Installed v12.10 Driver
Motherboard Asus P8P67Pro Bios 3207
Chipset Intel Chipset Driver V9.3.0.1019 for Windows Win8 32bit & Win8 64bit

Well the game does not support the video card. It seems to have some problem with cards with more than 128 megs of memory. Anyway there seems to be a 1.2 patch for the game that could fix this problem.

Crap... I'm sorry... I was looking at the wrong version of the game... (previous game versions seemed to have the same problem with video cards).

found this topic at EA forum that seems to try address the problem:

see if any of the solutions advised in there fixes the problem.

Tiger Woods PGATOUR 08 is only supported by OS windows xp/vista

No luck i'm afraid.It looks like tw 08 and windows 8 are incompatible.Surely there must be some way of finding out why directx says there is not enough memory.
