desktop wallpaper won't work correctly and file views appears blank

Have you tried just selecting a different wallpaper location in the location menu?
If you have and it doesn't help try running the registry file at http://www.techoddity.com/down.....isplay.reg

I've tried and they are still blank, and about that reg thing just how am I supposed to use it ? it's a text file

Right click on it. Select Open with... Regedit

Ah Regedit is called Registry Editor in the "Open with" option.

other help from essexboy on geeks to go nothing works

I can't save that as a reg file lmao this is annoying nothing seems to help fix it

What browser are you using to download the registry file? Some like Safari download it as a text file. Try using Internet Explorer to download it if you haven't already.
