I deleted my Administrator Account and there was a password associated with it. Now when I Run as Administator it's asks for a password but there is no text box to accept this since the account was deleted. WIthout an administator account I do not have the ability to download files because account is gone. Any suggestions.

Thanks

I do not believe it is possible to actually delete the "Administrator" account. Have you tried the command

net user administrator /active:yes

This is pretty EASY Command Line Reference as compared to MS Technet.

I think that you had deleted an account created by you having an administrator privileges.
If you had really delete it or remove this account , you should have done this with another account having also administrator privileges.
Can you show us the users that are currently on your computer (go to control panel ---> User accounts)?

please try the below given command on command prompt to see all the available user ID's on local administrators group, (as far as i know we cannot delete the system local administrator account rather than renaming it )

net localgroup administrators
