I found a "How-To" suggestion to use a key change utility program to change keys on my pc keyboard = Win 7. I tried to change the 'delete' key on my laptop to the Rt Alt key. It wouldn't take it so I tried other keys --- no luck.

I uninstalled the program because now neither key will delete anything.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try restoring your computer back to before you made any changes.
