New user looking for help
I have a creatacard gold 3 program have used for years on a xp system. Recently when I click on the icon to open the program I get a message (error during initialization, please reinstall creatacrd)
I have tried reinstalling several times and get the same message. I can open the reminders and address book with in the program, they are still there, but I can not get the program to reinstall, any suggestions.
