CPU Coolers And Ram

what kind of ram do most of you guys have? The simple low profile ones? Or similar to this:

Anyways what would be a Good nice CPU cooler from 40-60$ That is not so large and doesn't get close at all with the Ram area? Btw for a CM Elite 430, so the idea isnt to have a big cooler sticking out across the case touching the side window or anything..wayy back. Real good flow, to the back of the case and good CFM for OCing the CPU about 300 to 400 mhz more...Just wondering about other kinds of coolers and ram and what people have in general ^_^
