Corrupt & Bad Files

HP Pavilion, Home Premium Windows 7, Norton 360, Malware-bytes, Super-Antispyware.

Microsoft tech was checking my computer today; he opened corrupt file & bad files trying to sell me their service. How did he open these files? This is driving me nuts I have tried for hours without luck.

I sincerely appreciate your help

There are many ways. Maybe he got them from the shadows. Try this technique. It works also for corrupted files.
