convert .mp3 in .wmv

i do have mp3 song i want to upload it on fb , but fb doesnt allow it so i have to convert it in .wmv or .avi or .flv or any other format .
i have tried moive maker but after converting sound quality becomes very poor.

Can anyone help me ??????????????????????????

I prefer Format Factory (have been using it for years), but do mind to untick the adware when installing.

Sarah is right. Format Factory is the way to go. Never had a problem with it.
